THE GRILLE AT HARBOR SHORES

The 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course is the picturesque backdrop for the Grille at Harbor Shores, which opened to the public on April 14. The new clubhouse restaurant is open seven days a week during golf season (April - October) and will schedule selected open days of the week in the off-season. Executive chef Mark Smith's menu plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be focused on locally grown and sustainable food including a range of daily and weekly specials. While the lunch menu will have a variety of sandwiches, burgers and entrée salads, dinner will feature steaks, poultry, fish and signature dishes, plus a complete wine list.
