Retro Café Announces the passing of the torch. Starting in November, Sam and Denise Luna will be joining us. Sam is a native of Harbor Country, a graduate of the Culinary Institute, and he’s coming home to us this fall. In December Sam and Denise will be taking over all operations of the business.
