Despite the snow and cold, the evening offered warmth and fine flavors blended together by master chef Nicole Bissonette at Venue by Bistro.

Wines featured from award winning Midnight Cellars in Paso Robles, California were explained in detail by their regional wine rep Morgan Mellish who flew in from Boston to join in the effort and give attendees some insight to finer aspects of each wine offered.
