Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating is for helping people understand how easy it is to eat fresh, healthy, calorie portioned meals. We offer three different calorie portions to choose from. There is a 1200 calorie full week 21 meal plan, a 2000 calorie full week 21 meal plan and a 1500 calorie vegetarian 12 meal plan. We are low in cholesterol, low in fat and sodium restricted.

You receive your full week meals on Mondays and Thursdays. The pick up times are from 3 pm to 7 pm on those days. Delivery is available for an additional charge. All of the meals include fresh fruits, salads, vegetables, and proteins. All you have to furnish is the milk and water to drink. Our menus change every week for five weeks. We have been able to help people lose weight, help diabetics control their blood sugars, and help heart patients keep their blood pressure down and cholesterol under control.

One of the major draws of our program is that we do not have any contracts to sign. You may come and go on the program as you choose.
