For the ninth year in a row, professional ice carvers will turn downtown St. Joseph into a winter wonderland. New this year, Ice Wars pits pro carvers against one another in 15-minute bouts of ice carving chaos. An opening reception at Shadowland Ballroom will kick off the three-day event.
