We work with Buyers who would like to secure a home, live in it right away, and explore all of the options of how, when, and what type of financing would be the best fit for the Buyer. We also work with Buyers who want to move into their chosen property now, while waiting for tedious loan application and processing delays.

At ahousetoday.com, we work with all kinds of Buyers and kinds of situations. Some need time to save for their down payment, some need time to solve credit issues, and others just want to "try-out" the house, schools or neighborhood before purchasing.

After our Tenant/Buyers move in, we work with lenders to get them "seasoned", so they can qualify for a new loan that allows them to finally purchase their dream home. This service provides us with a very large pool of Buyers who make great customers -- allowing us to buy and sell very quickly.
