More About Better Home Services
We take great pride in making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We can, and do, brag about the incredible number of satisfied repeat customers that most of us know on a first name basis.
We use only the best quality materials available, from reputable companies that stand behind their products. We offer new construction and repair on existing units, and service all brands. We also offer free estimates, and install, service and repair air conditioners, heating units, and offer plumbing work all while maintaining quality work and great customer service.
Answer: Because every job and every situation is different, we cannot give prices over the phone. We will gladly come to your home or business to diagnose the problem. We will then show you our comprehensive pricing book and tell you, up front, exactly how much your job will cost plus the diagnostic and dispatch fee. There will never be a hidden cost tacked on at the end of the job. While we don't ever claim to be the cheapest company out there, most people find that our prices are much lower than many of our competitors charge. In plumbing, as in all things, you typically get what you pay for.
Question: My water heater was recently under water from a flood, what should I do?
Answer:Water heaters that have been under water (over 3 inches) need to be replaced to operate safely. Most water heater manufacturer's warranties are voided after a unit has been under water or in a flood. Our Service techs will be able to assist you with finding the proper size and model replacement water heater for your home. Click here to read more.
