Question: How much is it going to cost?

Answer: Because every job and every situation is different, we cannot give prices over the phone. We will gladly come to your home or business to diagnose the problem. We will then show you our comprehensive pricing book and tell you, up front, exactly how much your job will cost plus the diagnostic and dispatch fee. There will never be a hidden cost tacked on at the end of the job. While we don't ever claim to be the cheapest company out there, most people find that our prices are much lower than many of our competitors charge. In plumbing, as in all things, you typically get what you pay for.

Question: My water heater was recently under water from a flood, what should I do?

Answer:Water heaters that have been under water (over 3 inches) need to be replaced to operate safely. Most water heater manufacturer's warranties are voided after a unit has been under water or in a flood.
