Snow & Ice Pros, Inc. has been proudly providing the best commercial snow removal and ice management services to the area since 1996. Before the mid 90’s, we were a branch of a landscaping company, providing snow removal services for several years. We were one of the first businesses in our industry to offer a fixed price contract for the entire winter season, and our customers love it for the budgeting security and peace of mind. All deals are for the entire winter season, and we would be happy to provide you a free estimate based on the dimensions of your property. We take preventive measures as well, to make sure you never have to worry about anyone slipping or sliding on the ice. We are the exclusive distributors of Magic Salt in the area.

CONTRACT OPTIONS

We offer two different options when you are considering or have decided to hire us for the winter season. We only service commercial properties like businesses, apartment complexes, churches, and more. We provide free estimates for our snow and ice removal service.

1. Fixed Price – When you choose the fixed price option, you can enjoy peace of mind with your budget, and focus your attention to your business. No matter how many times it snows, you can rest assured that we will always be there pre-treating your lots and sidewalks to prevent ice buildup and we will be out there right away to make sure it is plowed and shoveled.

2. Pay as You Go – When you choose this option, you just get billed individually for each time that we treat your property. Most of our customers prefer the fixed price option, but we still offer this option for those who wish to take advantage of it.

MAGIC SALT

The Best Kept Secret in Snow and Ice Management is Out!

Magic Salt starts out as ordinary rock salt, which is then treated with a liquid, agricultural byproduct of the distilling process blending magnesium chloride. This patented liquid is trademarked as IBG Magic Liquid and dramatically transforms rock salt into this new de-icing material.

Magic Salt Features

• Magic Salt is economically superior. Because it works better and lasts longer, less Magic Salt is required to displace an equal amount of ice or snow than with any other ice-melter - at any price.
• Rock salt applications are reduced by 30% to 50%
