Ross Summer Music Theatre turns golden with this year's musical

MERRILLVILLE | Ross Summer Music Theatre will celebrate its golden anniversary this month with a production of the musical "Spamalot" at Merrillville High School's Reinhart Auditorium, 276 E. 68th Place. Show dates are 7:30 p.m. July 18, 19, 25 and 26, and 3 p.m. July 20 and 27.

Jerauld Joseph Reinhart, whose Ross Summer Music Theatre has entertained area audiences for decades and served as the stage classroom for generations of theater hopefuls, died Thursday in Merrillville surrounded by friends, family and the music that filled much of his life.
