Indiana rates B in education; ranking falls four notches to 17th

The American Legislative Exchange Council gave Indiana a B grade on its education reform polices, including academic standards, school choice programs, charter schools, online learning and the state's ability to hire good teachers and fire bad ones. That's up from a C+ in 2010.
