A clear sign of summer winding down is the return to the classroom of Crown Point Community School Corp. students Aug. 21. With the conclusion of the Lake County Fair today, the Crown Point Cruise returns to the downtown square from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
With the Lake County Fair in town until Aug. 10, Thursday’s Crown Point Car Cruise will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at Wittenberg Village, 1200 E. Luther Drive.
The Lake County Fair begins Friday and runs through Aug. 10 at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 889 S. Court St., Crown Point.
