I decided to make a quiche this week in anticipation of the other July holiday for freedom fighters, the French’s Bastille Day.But fear not, Francophobes, I mostly just wanted an excuse to make a quiche. And I Americanized my dish by adding a bacon lattice-top to the eggy pie.
