CHICAGO HEIGHTS | Marian Catholic High School, 700 Ashland Ave., announces the following class reunions:
When we went to high school dances, the DJs would always play “That’s what friends are for” toward the end of the night.
The calendar has flipped to August, the locusts can be heard in the early evenings now – summer will pass into fall soon enough. We have to start that back to school shopping and clear our calendars. I, for one, will be busy with fourth- and eighth-grade math for the next nine months.
As we begin the run-up to the class reunion season, it's interesting to note that folks hereabouts seem to have a stronger attachment to their elementary schools than to their high schools.
