Quit stalling and build a free Cline Avenue bridge

So Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels wants to turn Cline Avenue into a toll road. If I remember right, we all pay gas taxes to build and maintain our roads and bridges. But he's a Republican who does not want to create jobs to help the unemployed of Indiana.
