CROWN POINT | Crown Point High School has once again benefited from a strong relationship with the Crown Point Community Foundation. For the third year in a row, the CPCF has generously awarded a grant to fund Advanced Placement end-of-course tests to students who demonstrate a financial need.

SCHERERVILLE | Campagna Academy, a nonprofit youth service agency, will be expanding its Adventure Summer Camp program for foster kids, one of the agency's many programs and services for at-risk girls and boys.
CROWN POINT | Twenty grants totaling $42,603.81 were awarded by the Crown Point Community Foundation during its most recent grant cycle.
CROWN POINT | The Crown Point Community Foundation and Crown Point High School began a partnership in 2012-13. The partnership is focused on establishing the Crown Point High School Endowment Fund. This will be a donor advised fund administered by the Crown Point Community Foundation.

Crown Point Volunteer Fire Department and its Ladies Auxiliary will host the annual Fire Prevention Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the fire station, 126 N. East St. This year’s Fire Prevention Week theme is “Have 2 Ways Out.”
