CROWN POINT | A man with a history of sexually abusing animals has been charged again — this time in Lake County — with sexually abusing a guinea fowl at Buckley Homestead County Park in Lowell.

CROWN POINT | Prosecutors charged a Lowell woman with 17 counts of animal cruelty, a Class A misdemeanor, in connection to Friday's discovery of at least 18 dogs and 15 animal carcasses in a residence in the 7800 block of 245th Street.
