VALPARAISO | A decision on who gets the contract for expanding the Wall Street detention basin will depend on what they do with the dirt.
VALPARAISO | The city is inviting Chautauqua Park residents to hear what's in store for their neighborhood before it finalizes flood relief plans. Residents also will have the opportunity to tell consultants if they missed any areas afflicted by flooding.
VALPARAISO | The Wall Street detention basin improvement is No. 4 with a big soggy bullet on the city's Top 17 stormwater projects, and the city's Utilities Board hopes to start construction in March.
