ST. JOHN | Vendors seeking to provide the $36.2 million in public safety communications hardware for the county's new consolidated E-911 services have been given another two weeks to respond to a request for proposals.
CROWN POINT | Lake County Sheriff John Buncich said Tuesday he will have to live with a flawed merger of Lowell's E-911 services with the county police communications center.
