Supreme Court removes Hammond man from sex offender list
INDIANAPOLIS | The Indiana Supreme Court on Thursday ordered a Hammond man removed from the state's sex offender registry after determining the law requiring him to register for life imposes an unconstitutional retroactive punishment.
