John DeCoster is off base with his recent letter on presidential executive orders. His point is that President Barack Obama's use of this political action is not unusual. DeCoster lists the number of times his three predecessors used the devise to back up his claim.
In his Feb. 7 letter, John DeCoster defended President Barack Obama’s use of executive orders by citing totals for past presidents. He argues Obama has not issued as many executive orders as his predecessors.
