EDITORIAL: Best jobs plan is stability in D.C.

On this Labor Day, we see too few willing laborers fully employed. The unemployment rate in the nation was 9.1 percent in August, and in Northwest Indiana it was 8.9 percent in July. In some of our cities, the rate is far worse. The nation's focus must be on job creation.
