A $25 million project will bring new retail businesses and restaurants to a 16-acre parcel along the busy section of Indianapolis Boulevard near Horseshoe Casino and adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter.
The Horseshoe Casino is shown, at left, with the Chicago skyline in the background. Horseshoe General Manager Dan Nita said casinos are now beginning to analyze what effect the introduction of video gaming in thousands of Illinois bars may be having on casino revenues here.
