INDIANAPOLIS | House Republicans are preparing to wager the lives of some 700 Hoosier babies a year on their philosophy that the private sector is more capable of reducing infant mortality than any government program.
March of Dimes released data today that shows improvement in preterm births in Indiana. It's the same day state health officials are hosting an infant mortality summit.
