INDIANAPOLIS | Two interstate highways on the east side of downtown Indianapolis were shut down Monday to begin a $12 million, 59-day project aimed at boosting overpass clearances.
INDIANAPOLIS | Region motorists traveling through Indianapolis should prepare alternate routes starting in August, as portions of two downtown interstate highways will be inaccessible for up to three months.
