Valpo OKs bonds for water, sewer plant improvements

VALPARAISO | It took the city Council barely five minutes to cast the final votes Monday approving more than $20 million in bonds for the improvements to the sewage treatment plant, the expansion of the airport water treatment plant and the drilling of additional wells.
