Lan Oak Park District
Nov. 4 is just around the corner for all register voters in the Lan-Oak Park District. The Park Board has decided to ask taxpayers for the fifth time to raise the district’s limiting tax rate by 10 cents.
No matter the weather, the Lan-Oak Park District has many program offerings and other activities going on that we hope provides a positive outlet to our users and stakeholders in the community.
Now that 2013 is behind us, we must cherish our memories, experiences and accomplishments that were created. With 2014 we have blank pages to create new chapters of experiences and memories. So cheers for 2013, and may your 2014 be filled with joy and excitement.

Another summer season is almost over. We all look forward to summer and the creation of new memories and to carry out summer traditions by participating in one-day excursions, outdoor band concerts, farmer’s market, festivals, family picnics and other leisure programs.
