LANSING | Teens in sixth through 12th grade are invited to participate in four events planned for the month of April at the Lansing Public Library, 2750 Indiana Ave. In addition, teens are also invited to submit entries to a poetry contest in celebration of April being National Poetry Month.
Volunteers clip, sort coupons for troops
LANSING | On every first Monday of the Month, the Lansing Business Women's Association hosts a coupon clipping and sorting program for the troops. The program at the Lansing Public Library from 9:30 a.m. to noon and from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.

Old Busack building has lots of history
LANSING | The Busack building was demolished recently. Owned by Janet Bockel's family, the 1860 Busack building on Ridge Road was the oldest remaining building in Lansing and had been the site where residents voted to incorporate the village on March 4, 1893.
