Powers will have to look elsewhere for trash-to-cash site

It's interesting to note that The Times now has front-page advertising: Earl Powers, "an Evansville entrepreneur with international experience" and his impending trash-to-ethanol plant. The ad-article states Crown Point is one of the potential host communities -- as if that's a good thing.
