Last week I found my way over to the famous Three Floyds Brewing, walking distance from my home office in Munster, just as they were getting ready for a gigantic 15th-year birthday celebration that happened last Saturday.
This week I learned about an excellent idea for a Christmas gift for a student, a very, very good home cook/amateur chef or even a couple getting married.
I was lucky enough to be in Springfield, Missouri, last weekend, watching the St. Louis Cardinals win the 7th game of the World Series, sipping a Michigan craft beer along with whole wheat crackers, topped with an 8-year-old cheddar from Wisconsin.
