MORRISON, Ill. | As with many in retirement, Cindie Waters spends a good chunk of her time traveling.
As an American Red Cross volunteer, Cindie Waters, of Morrison, Ill., recently went to Newtown, Conn., to help the families of the victims in the school shootings. She is retired from her job in Elmhurst, a Chicago suburb.
I think most of us would agree that 2012 was a very busy year. The news was full of charges and counter-charges during the very heated election cycle, at federal, state and local levels – nobody escaped the spotlight.
