Campaign collecting Kong toys for shelter dogs

MUNSTER | Boredom Busters, formed this year, plans to supply each dog at the Humane Society Calumet Area in Munster with a Kong toy by the holidays. The shelter doubled its intake in October as a result of a merger with Gary Animal Control.
