Although their paths crossed multiple times in the last four years, Kristina Kovacich and Vanessa Sepiol never played doubles together for the Mustangs until this spring. Both had played at the positions multiple times, but they never ended up as partners until this, their senior year.
Girls Tennis Individual State Finals
It was a long day, but more than worth enduring in the end for the Munster doubles team of Vanessa Sepiol and Kristina Kovacich.
It was the first time in school history Highland's girls tennis team advanced to the state finals. And at the onset of the quarterfinals against Terre Haute South, it showed.
Talk about being a lock.
