Bowman Academy junior Arthur Haggard went from a guy off the bench for last year's Class 2A state finalist to a starter on this year's Eagles' team, which is extremely young but has now won six in a row. Haggard had 10 steals in a big win at Fort Wayne Luers last Saturday.
