RDA approves strategic plan partnership

CROWN POINT | The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority on Tuesday joined the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District in an estimated $550,000 effort to create a strategic business plan for commuter transit in the northern part of the state.
