Rental Registration Law
INDIANAPOLIS | A plan to eliminate municipal apartment inspection and registration requirements was changed Tuesday by a House committee into a one-year moratorium on new inspection and registration ordinances.
VALPARAISO | After more than a year of heated debate, the city's rental registration ordinance enjoyed a peaceful first month of existence.

VALPARAISO | The city's rental registration ordinance was approved Monday by the City Council, but landlords who sign up in June when it takes effect won't have to pay the fee of $10 per rental unit.
VALPARAISO | With a little minor tinkering to make sure the language is clear, Valparaiso's rental registration ordinance appears headed for approval by the April 11 meeting.
VALPARAISO | Ready or not, here comes Valparaiso's rental registration ordinance again.
