I had to force myself to read the recently-signed Airport Development Agreement. All it takes is tiny type and legalistic language, and most of us will stop reading.
In her Nov. 1 guest column, Ruth Needleman did a good job identifying sustainable economic development as a need for this area and, really, for the entire country. She then went a little bit afield, blaming the profit motive of companies and job automation for some of our problems.
