On May 24, I was driving with a friend on Columbia. I was pulled over by a lieutenant in an unmarked car who said I wasn't wearing my seat belt properly.

Senate votes to require seat belt, evacuation instruction for school buses

INDIANAPOLIS | Students who ride a school bus equipped with seat belts would be instructed on how to use them at least once a semester, and all school bus riders would be taught how to evacuate the bus in an emergency under legislation approved by the Indiana Senate on Tuesday.
