From my observations, plowing wasn't consistent

I find it hard to believe that Stephanie Tyrka's Feb. 6 letter praised the efforts of our city for its snowplowing during the blizzard. I am dreading the thought of getting more snow in this area to possibly face more deplorable road conditions left by our city's plowing abilities.
