Bob McDaniels, of Cedar Lake, and Madelyn McDaniels, 2, ride the carousel Thursday at St. John the Evangelist Parish's annual Food, Family, Fun Festival. The festival will continue from 5 p.m. to midnight today, 3 p.m. to midnight Saturday and 3 to 10 p.m. Sunday on parish grounds, 9400 Wicker Ave.
