Valpo teacher time plan deemed 'a godsend'

VALPARAISO | Valparaiso teachers' expanded collaboration time -- increased this school year by the addition of late student starts on Wednesdays -- was described as "very helpful" and "a godsend" by school personnel Tuesday.
