Aggregation could help reduce my water, tax bills

I read that Calumet City is moving ahead with aggregation to save citizens maybe $300 per year on electric bills. This sounds good. I can use this to pay my larger water bill that took effect Jan. 1, or maybe my increase in real estate taxes which go up as much as $200 per year.
