Court upholds malpractice judgment against Nose Doc
INDIANAPOLIS | The Indiana Court of Appeals upheld a second medical malpractice judgment on Thursday against Mark Weinberger, the Merrillville nose doctor sentenced in October to seven years in federal prison for health care fraud.
