Police officers, hospital say man wasn't forcibly catheterized after traffic stop

HAMMOND | Two Schererville police officers, the town and the owners of Franciscan St. Margaret Health hospital in Dyer say in court records that a man who claims he was forcibly catheterized after a traffic stop fully consented to the procedure.
