United Way announces new partnership with area golf courses
PORTER COUNTY | United Way of Porter County is pleased to announce a new partnership with six local golf courses: The Course at Aberdeen, The Brassie Golf Club, Creekside Golf Course, Duck Creek Golf Course, Forest Park Golf Course, and River Pointe Country Club.

The morning of Friday, Aug. 24, arrived early but certainly not bright. It had been raining for days, streets were underwater, basements flooded, trees and power lines down, and many people were without electricity. More rain and storms were forecast for the entire weekend.
