The Michigan City Police Department has just completed our participation in the Operation Pull Over (OPO) traffic enforcement grant for July covering the 4th of July. During OPO traffic enforcement Michigan City Police Department had 31 extra patrols working 81hrs of overtime, paid from Grant.
