Rescue workers search Deep River behind the Water Front Lounge in Lake Station early Sunday for a man who went into the water but never came out. Jeffrey Sandefur, 25, of Lake Station, was pronounced dead at 4:35 a.m. Sunday, according to a release from the Lake County coroner's office.
