More than 7,000 rabid fans walked into the John A. Baratto Center on March 5, 1998. Third-ranked E.C. Central was playing No. 4 West Side on the second night of the new Class 4A Sectional 1, which had 11 future Division I players competing. The fans all left breathless after that remarkable game.
