Valparaiso will win if: It can avoid an early slump. Youngstown State jumped out to an 18-5 lead Thursday and held on for a 61-55 victory. VU guard Betsy Adams (14.4 ppg) has scored at least 20 points in two straight games and five total.

Cleveland State will win if: It matches its turnover average, forcing 20.7 turnovers a contest. Shawnita Garland (13.8 ppg) and Shalonda Winton (12.7) average in double figures for the Vikings.
