When: 3:35 p.m. today.

Where: Beeghly Center.

Radio/Internet: WVUR-FM (95.1)/valpoathletics.com.

Valparaiso will win if: It avoids a slow start. VU fell behind 18-5, nine minutes into the game on Jan. 13 at the Athletics-Recreation Center and lost 61-55 to Youngstown State. The Crusaders also need to improve on offense, shooting just 31.5 percent from the field – 25 percent in the second half – in Thursday's 57-51 loss at Cleveland State.

Youngstown State will win if: It gets a repeat performance from Brandi Brown. Brown averages 18.2 points and 9.3 rebounds a game, but she erupted for 29 points and 18 rebounds in the Jan. 13 win.

Notes: Youngstown State leads the series 15-13, but VU has won four of the last six meetings. ... VU is 4-8 at the Beeghly Center. !~ Jim Hunsley
