Houston (2-10) at Jacksonville (3-9)

When: 7:30 p.m. today.

TV: NFL Network

Line: Texans -3 (43.5)

The skinny: The NFL Network may not have known going into the season that it would be staring down the barrel of arguably the worst game it has ever hosted this week. But the way these things tend to go, this game will probably turn out to be a lot of fun. And why wouldn't it be? The Jaguars are rolling! They've gone 3-1 after their 0-8 start and got a nice road win in Cleveland last week. In that 3-1 stretch, they beat these same Texans just two weeks ago on the road. With the Texans at 10 straight losses after a 2-0 start, and a mean schedule after this week, this feels like a repeat of their first meeting — despite a nice performance (in a loss) last week against the Patriots.

MattE's pick: Jaguars 24, Texans 20
